OUR GUARANTEES & RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy (for any reason)*
We accept returns for any reason, provided the below conditions are observed...The customer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order that they wish to return it. Notification must be by email, using this address: sales@abidingprints.com, or by CONTACT FORM HERE. The return itself must be received by us within 45 days of receipt of the product. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the item is defective, please read on**.

*Products damaged by customers will not be accepted for returns.

Returned products MUST be returned framed if bought framed or unframed if bought unframed. Products that were brought unframed cannot be returned if framing was attempted. **instead of returning, the product can be destroyed by cutting with a knife and the frame destroyed with a hammer. A picture of the destroyed product is required. Contact us first before destroying the print.

Loss in Transit:
In the rare instance that your order is lost in transit, we will refund all money paid for the product and its shipment charges incurred if we could verify by tracking that your product has been lost.

Defective Product Returns:

We will pay return shipping if the product is defective!
1) If your item is defective*, the customer must notify us by mail within 15 days of receipt of the product.

For structural defects, our warranty extends to one year from the date of purchase.
*A product is deemed defective if it is obviously out of shape, torn, or has any other manufactured defect discernible. Defective can also be applied to products whose color or composition is grossly different from their picture on the website.

Finally, anything that makes the picture different than its portrayal on the site is grounds for defective work.

2) For defective items, we will send a postal or UPS label to return the defective product to us.
3) The item should be packaged in a protective plastic bag and placed in a sturdy tube or shipping container. Folded or creased items will be refused unless received that way.

This container is to be mailed to the address given below*.
4) Once received and we are satisfied that the product is defective, we will refund the initial shipping if any, and the product price to your debit or credit card.

5)  These prints are printed on papers that resist yellowing using pigment-based (giclee) inks that will not fade; if fact, there is a 20-year warranty against yellowing and fading on all our prints!
